1) General Conditions of Online Sale

With these general conditions of sale, the stores Jackson of Sasson Snc and Edison of Raffaello Sasson, named hereafter "the companies", sell everywhere and the customer buys goods and materials remotely on and , named hereafter “the websites”.
The general conditions of sale of "the websites" comply with the Articles 50 and the Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005, the Consumer Code, Section II of Chapter I of Part III of the third title, which should be referred to according to art. 60 of the Consumer Code

2) Conclusion and effectiveness of the sale

The sale’s contract becomes effective with the submission by the "websites" to the customer of an e-mail confirmation, which contains the details of the customer and of the order, the price of goods purchased, the transport’s costs and the shipping address to which the goods will be sent.
All products featured on "the websites" are guaranteed by contract depending on the product data sheets of individual items. There isn’t any commitment of minimum purchase order and the customer can pay for goods ordered through the online payment services listed.

3) Availability of Products

Product’s availability is seen when the client consults the details of a product, however, there is the possibility that some products are sold prior to confirmation of the order. In this case, the "Company" will communicate the lack of availability within 72 hours and the possible waiting time for the completion of the order. In addition, there could be possible cases of partial or total unavailability of goods: the customer will be informed immediately and will decide whether to accept delivery of the only products available or to request cancellation of the order by communicating via e-mail customer service.

4) Prices

All sale prices of the products shown on the "websites" are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT (value added tax). Transport’s costs are not included in the purchase’s price, but they are shown and calculated at the conclusion of the purchase’s process before payment.

5) How to pay

Every payment by the customer can only take place by credit cards listed on the "websites", by bank transfer and/or by phone with an operator. In case of a bank transfer the “company” will put aside the goods order for a maximum of 48 hours or until a proof of payment is sent and the goods will be shipped once the funds are in the bank. In the case of a phone order, a copy of your passport and of your credit card will be needed (via fax or e-mail). For payments by credit card, if the unavailability of a product is registrered after the order and the reservation of the payment, the "companies" will take up the necessary measures with the operator to cancel the payment’s transaction of goods not available. The charge of the order will be effective only when it is complete and ready for forwarding.

6) Treatment of personal data

Personal data entered by the customer are processed electronically, they are applicable to privacy policy for the protection of personal data and, then, they are gathered to registrer the customer and to begin procedures for the execution of this contract and required communications.

7) Return and refund policy

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 days, provided by law, from the date of products’ delivery. All returns must be approved by the "websites", must not be used and must be delivered in their original packaging, complete with labels. The articles specifically ordered by the customer and personalized (or modified by the tailor on request) will not be returned or exchanged.
Customers must send an e-mail to and/or if they want to return an item purchased, within 7 days of receipt of goods, mentioning the item to return, date and number order and the name of customer.
Refunds and/or changes of measure are acceptable, but all delivery charges to return purchased items (first outbound shipment), and the eventual second delivery charge must be entirely paid by customer. Please note that goods coming from countries beyond the European Union may be subject to VAT and duty charges back. Customers in these areas will be charged the cost of any duty and VAT paid by the "websites".
Refunds will be calculated and made only after the return item is checked and only if a written permission from "websites" was issued. 8) Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted online via e-mail address or The customer will receive an e-mail, that confirms the opening of the complaint within the next three working days, this notice will be provided with the same instructions for the definition of the procedure and submitted requests for clarification or documentation.

9) Responsibility

The "companies" do not assume any liability for inefficiency due to force majeure or accidental circumstances, even where there were malfunctions and failures of the Internet, if unable to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract.

10) Applicable of Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subjected to Italian law. Any dispute that will not find informal solution, will be subject to the Jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
